General
When you register, you are required to provide your information that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your information change, you may change it online or notify us through email. The account password should be in unique and keep secure. Any breach of security or unauthorized uses of your account, please notify us immediately.
To place an order with us, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by bank acceptable to us.
We strongly request to our customer measure their body and refer our measurement chart before made order. Do not refer others brand measurement.
Orders & Delivery
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The items in your online shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until it is checked out.
Kindly take note that we will process and send out all order within 1-3 days after payment is received. Estimated delivery times provided are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date the order is sent out. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Payment
All item are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards and any other methods which may be clearly stated on our site from time to time. You confirm that the credit card/debit card being used is yours or that you have specifically authorized by the owner to use it.
We will take reasonable care to make our site secure. All online banking transactions on this site are processed using SenangPay and BillPlz, which is a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your details in a secure host environment.
In addition, we will take reasonable care, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any date you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. BEEKURUNG reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Refund and Exchange Policy
1. Please also note that BEEKURUNG have a no refund policy. Item can be exchanged or money can be converted into voucher for later use.
2. Exchange apply to all BEEKURUNG products except it is stated NO EXCHANGE for particular products or event or promotion. We only allow to exchange size and it still subject to stock availability.
3. Exchange divided to 3 catagory
3.1. Exchange Request - Customer received item as ordered but want to exchange size. Please return the item to BEEKURUNG warehouse and once we have received the item, we will check the size avaibility and send it to u.
3.2. Exchange Fault - BEEKURUNG sent wrong item and customer wants the correct item to be resend - Free return fee and BEEKURUNG will bare customer’s delivery fee up to RM8
3.3. Exchange Defect - BEEKURUNG sent defect item and customer wants the good item to be resend -Free return fee and BEEKURUNG will bare the customer’s delivery fee up to RM8
4) Exchange must be made within 2 days after item has been received. For example today received, customer must send it to us same today or the next day after received. The third day received all the exchange issue will not be entertained.
5) If the exchange item's price is more expensive, then customer has to pay the difference and if the item exchange is cheaper, we will convert into voucher so that you can get discount when you shop again with BEEKURUNG
6) If exchange item is due to defect item/mistake order by BEEKURUNG item different from received, BEEKURUNG will bare the postage fee and bare the customer's return item postage fee. Postage money will be put in parcel or direct bank in to customer account
7) If the customer's requested item to be exchange is not available, customer has to change to other color or design.
8) Customer must return the item first before inhanna post out the new requested item. This may take 1- 3 days after we have received your return item.
9) For exchange you can fill up exchange form in our website.
Product Descriptions
BEEKURUNG attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, BEEKURUNG does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
We will do our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on BEEKURUNG website. Colour of products in this website may differ slightly due to lighting/screen brightness of different gadget used to view this page.
However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate
Vouchers
Vouchers provide to you are non-transferable. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher code or offers and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
